To set the scene for an immersive relaxation experience, we will require access to the cleared and clean space 30 minutes before your session begins. Atmospheric music through surround-sound speakers, the cosy glow of LED candles and a subtle calming scent will greet you as you find your way to your mat, block and blanket.

An hour of respite: ad-lib & bulk packages

Hour-long immersive guided relaxation sessions held in your workplace.

Before each session, you will be asked about the current stress landscape for your team, including physical, mental and emotional pressures being experienced at work. The session will be tailored to your needs, but will always include a series of gentle movements and positions, ending with a long blissful deep relaxation laying down on your mat.

These sessions may be booked as one-off, quarterly or monthly opportunities for your team to find true relaxation. They may be held before, during or after the typical working day.

All movements and relaxations can be adjusted for people with mobility impairments, including wheelchair users.

Relax & reboot: wellbeing mornings & afternoons

Bespoke wellbeing sessions, lasting two and a half hours in the morning or afternoon, held in your workplace.

Each wellbeing session includes a free virtual consultation to design your experience based on the needs of your team at the time. We will give you space to share any current physical, emotional or mental stress which might guide the content of the session, then together decide on a theme. All sessions comprise of an introduction to, or continuation of, meditation practice and breathwork, intertwined with some gentle movement and stretching.

This opportunity for your team to reset and rest may be booked as a one-off, monthly, quarterly or bi-annual event within your work calendar. They are usually held during the working day, but evening sessions can be discussed with us.
